A successful NAL bid will be anothermajor catalyst for a SYA re-rate. There is still some uncertainty and risk with NAL, I wouldn't assume its a done deal just yet.
Having PLL onboard will definitely boost SYA’s project economics for NAL and enable both PLL and SYA to start producing carbonate immediately. I think NAL was producing ~118kt/pa before they went into VA (need to double-check exact numbers).
SYA might be pitching further investment to upliftNAL’s facilities and enable production of their own battery grade lithiumcarbonate in Canada, which would make them attractive for other consumers, especially from China, suchas CATL
