Piedmont has 19m shares. About 80% of those shares are trading on the American market. About 20% are trading on the ASX.
Within the American market they are traded in their normal 1:1 basis (and are having a good day today up to US$14)
On the ASX they have a conversion ratio of 1:100 making them around 20c Australian (not $20 Australian)
Some systems incorrectly pick up just the 20% of piedmont shares that are on issue and trading on the ASX as the MC of Piedmont.
