Off-take news would be nice, but perhaps you are correct that they need to prove up hydroxide with the current testing, More to the point battery grade hydroxide. What would also be great would be an announcement that a cathode plant or battery/cathode plant in the US will be constructed - in particular in the Southeast US near PLL. Currently there are no cathode plants in the US and if PLL produced BG hydroxide, it would have to ship to Asia to make the cathode then send those back to the US for battery cell production. A cathode or cathode/battery plant located in the US would be best.
This permit is great news and it will take the market some time to digest this.
