Sounds more like you don't have one. Don't be concerned about our/my welfare - concentration risk in the portfolio is not a problem.
I will say (and I don't like absolutes) that should C&M occur in April/May and PLL fails as you predict, then I will acknowledge your prescient call and my failure to see it. But on the other hand, if it does not occur has you have so often scribed, "be prepared" (its the Lion King and not a threat) for it wont be pretty.
But in the meantime could you do as your home board says to non-holders ... FOE.
