most of them were issued in a previous cap raise and being bought way before CNNOB were created in the last cap raise

(at the time CNN was close to 1.4 - so a 1.5 free option for 12 months seemed a good deal esp with a piggy-back attached; however CNN managed to get down to 0.7 and another cap raise)
