I was expecting really good dystrophin results as I said “something remarkable is happening in these boys muscles”.

@samfiodiving nailed it in a recent post after the quarterly when he was indicating that something remarkable is happening but it is NOT dystrophin!!!! Maybe the big factor in DMD progression is the inflammation.

I am purely guessing here but what is also interesting (maybe jumping at shadows) is the fact ANP is not coming out with the final combo results re DYSTROPHIN until after Sarepta has its 2 dances with the FDA when the adcom is considering DYSTROPHIN AS A BIOMARKER!!

Is this a coincidence?? Maybe or maybe not. Little old ANP may have been told to stay out of the way until then?? Who knows. I have seen stranger things.

Someone pointed out that Charmaine seems pretty confident that ANP is bringing this “much needed therapy to the DMD community”
