So it will DEFINATELY be oversubscribed.
I would go as far as to say you might as well buy on the market at these prices, because I feel it will rise a few cents pretty quickly after the SPP (if you want in at these prices....which I DO as it is a steal at these levels).
My reasoning for this is human nature. People will free funds, commit to the SPP and then when they get just a fraction of what they wanted.....I suspect will buy some more on the market at a higher price.
But who knows, my PLS predictions have been shite to date!?
