"The Directors of Flinders Mines Limited (ASX:FMS) advise that in order to conserve funds, the Company’s activities to complete the Bankable Feasibility Study for the Pilbara Iron Ore Project under the Alliance Agreement, have been suspended until the outcome of the shareholders meeting in respect to the Option Agreement with Todd Corporation is known. Further, the Company has appointed Deloitte Corporate Finance to complete the Independent Expert’s Report in respect of the Todd Corporation transaction and this is expected to be provided to shareholders with the Notice of Meeting in the first half of July 2015."

So they are also suspending their pay too?
Why does this remind me of a kid in the playground that wont share, but wants your toys, and cause he/she cant have them, wont play at all...
If it smells, chances are it probably stinks.
