Yes, unfortunately the arguments have tended to wonder off course and things get muddled. Lets focus on the real issues why this offer disadvantages shareholders which relate mainly (to my mind) the structure of the deal and no definitive return to shareholders. (The actual amounts can be argued till the dogs come home) Vote No and lets get our Directors to achieve something for us........... I don't want to continue to follow this lot in their quest for the Holy Grail (Diamonds, then IO now Gold) and can't see a decent sp spike on a Yes vote to sell into.
