Interestingly, in all the threads since this offer was announced there has not been one Yes voter give a sound monetary reason to support their intention. SSV has stated that sp will go to 10 or 20c with a Yes vote however did not want to get into an analysis of exactly how and in the next breath stated he was just waiting for 2c and he will be out? We had one other poster state sp should go to 8c however quickly changed his mind. The main reason put forward is the scare tactic of a stranded asset and diminishing sp with a No vote. There is no doubt some truth in that however it is obvious Todd want/need this ore and shareholders have an absolute right to try and get a better return. On a risk / reward analysis it is reasonable to think that offer will be renegotiated after a No vote. (obviously however there is risk and everyone needs to do what is best for their investment) I for one am sick of supporting Companies for the benefit of Directors solely.
