Ok , if FMS gets say $25 mil per year royalties ( without dragging out the proposal )
then they will have brought in 250 m in 10 yrs
Someone may come along and pay double that , but we don't know that , it is a huge maybe
so where are in year 3 or year 6 ? still sitting there doing nothing ,
That's opportunity cost right there , you wait for a better offer and it doesn't come along.
