if it goes through CZL receive $3m usd cash and $3m usd in shares roughly about $8.98m aud along with a 12% royalty on net profits... and we are currently valued at $7.2m so negative ev and tenements not priced in.... if the is something in the ground owned sub 2c will be a distant memory.
