Just some clarification on terminology. Things like mapping, soil and rock chip sampling can take place as long as:
(A). They aren't conducted in a systematic fashion (ie. On a grid or tenement covering program.
And
(B) the results of which are disclosed to the tenement holder as part of the results of due diligence before discussion of commercial terms to acquire the property.
So MPJ can do these activities before acquisition of the tenements, as long as they meet these conditions, and would be wise to do so before buying into the project.
