well done KB, what a role you have played at PLS and you deserve all the wealth you have accumulated, hope he does rest and spoil himself and the family.. Senior Exec roles come with many sacrifices and it's always the ones you love that suffer most!
for a replacement, I would like KB to have a beer with his mate Graham KERR - S32.. What a job KERR has done with the broken bits of BHP, turning S32 into a very successful operation.
KERR would be a costly play, but check our current and projected profits, we can afford the top end of town and he is from the West, only a couple of streets to move his gear from his current office to his PLS suite.. we have seen with KB, the boss makes a bloody big difference!
