Seems to me Stuart McKinnon really does not understand the upside of bond market financing for PLS, and has perhaps let his own views about lithium impact this article. An emotional article, inaccurate "no one was "forced" (has he forgotten the previous CR at 38 cents was oversubscribed 3 times ! ... does he think it would be hard for PLS to get financing through another capital raising ... surely not !!) ...Clearly Ken has decided a bond issue is a better way forward for PLS, and will deliver better value to its shareholders through less dilution and higher per share dividends, it is just nonsense to say or even suggest that PLS was "forced" in any way to take any particular financing path. And there is no indication at all of a "future equity raising by the end of the month". PLS has more than $50 million in the bank. Lazy, inaccurate, untrue and unbalanced journalism as I see it !
