PAN JASMINE Bulk Carrier arrived this morning WST 0900 04/09/2019 in Qinzhou China.
A new destination for PLS shipment maybe signifies a new processor hence new offtaker Great wall
The ship left Port Hedland Berth PH2 on 22/08/2019 was the assumes has the PLS shipment for Great Wall as good neighbours shipment left 1 day prior to this one leaving. IMO
