My thoughts too. Would a forensic accountant be able to trace the transactions and shorting back to CATL or their agents? What would it take what would it cost? Should this be part of PLS’s DD before agreeing to the deal? Or do my conspiracy theories run too deep (yes I know it has happened across the board, but that’s no excuse).
