Just playing devil's advocate. Seems like the SP of this company has been manipulated before at the expense of retail holders. After being a holder of KDR I am quite skeptical of whether management of companies like these really have shareholders interest at heart. This is based on the poor deals made by management and the long periods of silence during periods of blatent SP manipulation. Perhaps they serve other masters.
You might be able to pick up a few in the high twenties soon?
