My thoughts/plan are entirely moot now. I certainly didn't know anything about CATL. Of course if we change one aspect then everything else changed. Personally I would go with existing shareholders to a greater degree,instead of the institutional placement but that's just me.
Opportunity? Can't give that one away yet, what if that is part of the game?? I simply don't know, anymore than people reading these threads. However when I ran the numbers, I could see no reason for concern, from experience.
