Thank you for that explanation, I now know for sure why I struggled on my elective unit in Accounting MANY years ago. So from PLS latest Qtrly, it isn't possible to guesstimate what the cash burn is with other factors such as Customer taking only a portion of their agreed tonnage, lower recovery extraction %, sliding prices for the Spod but at least we do know a fix "Financing activity" of 12% coupon of that debt presumably paid yearly.
So by asking why the Placement + SPP total is so large brigs me to the fact that the latest cash in the bank figure of $60M doesn't mean anything about the state of their net cash position. Does that mean what I am thinking about their cash position and the need to really strengthen it considerable for any future offsets such as outgoings, net loss making from production or other new equipment?
Intriguing no doubt as I can see the results of the price action but cannot make sense of the financials obviously.
