Yeah - but there's a huge support infrastructure still in place for ICE vehicles - servicing, repair, maintenance etc... ICE will be around for a long time just because of this - BUT - it's going to get more and more expensive to run an ICE as new vehicles dwindle and EV (low maintenance) numbers grow.
Interesting times - if I was a ICE mechanic I'd definitely be brushing up on my sparky skills...
