Ken has done it again. Pulled a rabbit out of the hat demonstrating once more that he really does have the company's, the SHs' and his own interests front of mind. Ticks all the boxes people have asked for: Immediate funds, huge strategic partner with vast subject matter expertise and cloud on board, bringing in other institutional investors, looking after and rewarding retail investors and all the while raising ~twice the $60m touted.
IMO, this is master stroke ticking off every single suggestion made here over the past few days in one sweep.
