It is interesting our the share price was allowed to tumble and then the magic announcement.
I personally will not be in the share offer,
1. Experience with this company we will never get the whole allotment
2. There are better graphics on other companies which are providing momentum for there shareholders
3. 1-4 consolidation is on the card.
4. They are sell us out for a takeover by giving 8% away, instead of just producing what we have and maybe wait for the Lithium price rebounds
