While all of this will put PLS once finalised in a net debt position of close to zero, I still struggle with how they think selling almost 10% of the entire company at a discount is better than selling 10 or 20% of a stage 3 at a premium ?
Anyway good to see the ability to raise money in a depressed sector so GLTAH.
