I note you never did make any relevant comment on the comparative share prices I posted earlier in response to your concern of share price movement. Maybe go back there and work out just how “poorly” the PLS SP performed compared to other industry participants over that time —- I think the facts are a little against you there too but I’m equally sure you will just once more ignore the facts.

To help again given you are fixated with that movement, around that time the following also happened:
GXY went from $4.20 to $1.10 for a 74% drop
AJM went from $0.47 to $0.067 for an 85% drop
ORE went from $7.28 to $2.52 for a 65% drop
AVZ went from $0.36 to $0.049 for an 86% drop

So you say PLS has done something special to create its particular movement in a resources cycle - please show me how those figures establish or support your ideas. Of course if you think I’ve missed some relevant participants for a comparative do tell and we can look at their movement too. (Frankly the point there is well known - it’s historical across the sector and wider, the real question is what does the future hold, for that I’d invite you to start considering things like the falling short positions on PLS - also published in the threads).

If you’re worried about the timing of the director transaction vs negotiations, why don’t you just report your concerns to ASIC, I’m sure they’ll be happy to take your details and look into your concerns.

As for the expenditure of $6M to exercise options - let’s try another hypothetical - say you inherited a large sum of money and then just drank yourself silly day after day until it was all gone, would you then turn around and say “well it doesn’t matter because I basically got it for free anyway so doesn’t matter what I do with it”? You see, there was a choice to be made upon sale of some shares - what happened here is he chose to sell in order to buy - of course he could have just chosen to sell and then pocketed the funds (as we know has happened elsewhere) or he could have chosen to do nothing and not exercise those options. But no, his choice was to sell and then put those funds into the company through option exercise. I just read a post on another thread where there was significant happiness for a director of a different Li play choosing to spend ... wait for it ... $60k buying shares!! Goodness, I guess that one deserves a bullion medal for showing conviction in the story.

Oh also, can you link the post where “holders” stated they “believe his 8 million shares were freebies” (I’m struggling to remember which holders (plural at least) said that was the case and clearly this is an easy one for you to use to attempt to regain some of your lost credibility here).

https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20190402/pdf/44402f4993nd31.pdf, this is the official announcement supplied to the ASX on the 02/04/2019, so KB only owned 869,565 shares and 15,000,000 options, he bought his options for $0.40 then sold half of the converted options, he pocketed something like $2,000,000 for his troubles, I think you really need to read and understand the announcement then tell me how wrong I am, I am not, cant wait to see the spin now from the rose coloured glass brigade
