no not at all, lets see on 09/05/16 KB owned 869,565 shares he was given 15,000,000 options with a strike rate of $0.40, here is an extract from the 3Y dated 02/04/2019,

Mr Brinsden and his related entities have exercised a total of 15 million options (exercisable at 40cand due to expire on 16 May 2019) and sold a total of 8,254,565 ordinary shares. Proceeds from thesale of these shares were used to fund the exercise of the options.

Mr Brinsden and his related entities retain a total of 7,615,000 ordinary shares in the Company as attoday’s date.

My take is he sold 8,254,565 shares and from the proceeds he paid for the options conversion, he retains 7,615,000 ordinary shares, he only owned 869,565 shares plus 15,000,000 options, how do you sell shares that are only options unconverted then use part of the proceeds to pay for the option conversion, what have I missed, I have no problem with this, just I have no idea how to sell a share when it is still an option, its a crazy world we live in
