Yeah well there's always buyers at the peak or a peak of a cycle right, not everyone buys low and sell high. That's what makes the market.
In the 2017-2019 cycle, PLS peaked around $1.10 and there were buyers there that probably rode it all the way down to 14c as well or sold out at a loss.
