Do such contracts exist?? If they do then the buyers must be stupid!!
Surely most contracts would allow for genuine fluctuations in pricing to be reflected in transactions. Of course, with Chinese buyers it may be different because they would not necessarily adhere to the contracts if the Chinese Government decided otherwise.
