We know that China uses market manipulation to get what it wants, this play at the bottom of the cycle is typical and we also know these agreements mean jack to the Chinese who will just buy elsewhere if the spot market is cheaper. To me this is a flop cards on the table, my bet is Dale knows that the spodumene market is going to go nuts again when the Chinese cant play the game any longer and PLS will clean up with spot based prices.
It would be good to see the balance of the P1000 go to europe or the US market to move more product away from the Chinese.
