If Goldman Sachs has a SP target of $3.20 based on what we know about current Lithium prices etc, then i would say there's very little downside risk.
Only if the company itself misses production targets or some other Blackswan event. In saying this our SP will probably trade sideways this year unless spot prices start moving up again in a meaningful way.
