Cheer up friend, it is perfectly acceptable to buy in too early or too late and ditto to sell either too early or too late.
Likewise,
to buy too early and sell too late,
to buy too late and sell too late,
to buy too early and sell too soon,
to buy too early and sell too early.
The important thing is to, more often than not, sell higher than you have bought which you can do even in the above mentioned scenarios.
Something like that.
Or you can buy at the right time but sell too early and etc etc.
