You raise a good point. How will PLS provide enough product if the first BOA wants 40%, with potentially 7 more BOA's to follow, and management want to keep some available for open market prices?
Surely if a customer wants to secure product they would want a sizeable chunk like 20-40%.
It suggests PLS could ramp directly to 4MT to fulfil all BOA requests.
