To the detriment of Atlas Iron shareholders, I really think KB learnt a lot from the Iron Ore cycle and is doing the right thing with PLS. PLS, so were all the lithium producers, were in a bad spot last year and without great management, our destiny would have likely been the same as AJM.
Now, will all the news worldwide about the struggles to secure raw material, PLS is in the right spot at the right time. A lot of explorers will not be entering the market until a few years and PLS will have a great competitive advantage by then. The Lithium prices will keep going up and by then, PLS will be a very profitable business. When prices recover to a level that KB is happy to have the old AJM supply on the market, we will be one of the biggest producer. I wouldn't be surprised if we start selling less than 6% LI2O because the battery makers will be desperate for it, which would mean less waste for us and more ore mined. Exciting times ahead!!
