This is great out of the box thinking.
PLS can get off take agreements to anchor developments and sell excess capacity, if and when price suits them.
Much like a farmer who sells to wholsale distrubuters at a contracted price to anchor the business/farm cashflow and also sells excess at the farmers market.
Potentially if this goes well a smaller protion of the ALS inventory could be sold as an off take and forces potential buyers who have set needs to offer more to get the off take agreement.
