Price is under $1.50, as we all know, because the BEOT has been holding (dare is say manipulating) an artificially low price so as to accumulate the huge potential of this stock at a depressed bargain basement price. Example Morgan Stanley's March 2018 unsubstantiated report of an over supply of Li in near to mid term - thus depressing stock prices - whilst at the same time buying into Li stocks!
When the BEOT has decided that they have accumulated enough they will let the breaks off (ie stop the manipulation) and the SP will bounce to it's true market value. Then we can all heave a sigh of relief!
