I completely agree that the entire resource at PLS won't be mined. It will be mined until it's uneconomical to do so. Just like all/most mines.
You don't get every little bit out of the ground, especially when a few slivers are deep.
Now, the part you will likely disagree with, IMO the resource will end up closer to the 200mt+ mark, of which around around ~100mt will be mineable, unless prices keep jumping hugely.
Still huge amounts of money to be made
