wow that's going to hurt like a pineapple. The oil & gas industry have a "take or pay" clause in their offtake agreements.
it would seem CXO have a "make or pay" poison pill clause in 1 if their offtake agreement.
CXO going to get fingered badly & probs blow up unless they can turn things around very quickly.
