Rough VWAP numbers for PLS / LRS to compare against the .07 offer.
LRS was likely going to drift lower and was going to have to do a CR before end of October so dilution at the bottom, not a good outcome.
Price looks fair. PLS are certainly not over paying when you consider this is SIGMA 2 possibly bigger.
LRS holders get a fair price on VWAP comparison and if in Aus will likely get rollover relief on CGT discount, which is important for me.
I think many LRS holders are disappointed, as no where near ATH. Unfortunately the sector sentiment is in the toilet and PLS is one of the strongest companies in the sector for its balance sheet and when prices pick up will be a First Mover IMO on any significant SP increases in the sector.
