Ideologically, Lula is different from Harris and the opposite of Trump. But Lula is known to be pragmatic in managing Brazil's foreign trades.
So although I can see the possibility for Brazil under Lula and the US under Harris or Trump to sign a FTA, I doubt "B" can be separated from BRICS.
Those countries in BRICS are in BRICS for the simple reason that they have lost their trust in the US which have implemented "world order" hypocritically and unjustly.
