it's win win situation for both LRS shareholders and PLS, for LRS shareholders their capital may not multiply but the capital is secured and have linear growth . For PLS shareholders it's good acquisition with the dilution of PLS shares we are gaining tier 1 asset in jurisdiction where cheap labour is available to produce Lithium. Very smart move from PLS management
