Great strategic acquisition move at a significant discount ~50% from LRS's 52 week high. While it may be a great capital and asset opportunity, what about the long term risks due to the pathetic lithium market? Are PLS management so bullish?
I'm already disgusted at how much the SP has eroded and this acquisition is simply not good enough to prop up the SP. I don't think we have seen the bottom just yet.
