In the early days shares should have been offered to existing SH with say an attaching option at 10 cents in 2016

That's how it should work. Then when the MC is much higher,like now, existing holders have been looked after and the suits are more welcome.

PLS will end up a big company, no doubt. How much we will see of that remains to be seen.
I would not like to be one of those that believed the story and bought in at 36 cents only to see shares offered at 23c to yet more suits.

That's what all the regular posters here forget. We are not hitting new highs at the moment and we do have some poor investors that believed in the posters and the company and now sit on a loss.

PLS will be successful but their management style on this issue has been bad imo.
