I am sorry that I didn't get your sarcasm, sometimes I also don't understand my Macedonian friend's joke

I know a couple of things about the history of the old Jugoslavia and I was so lucky to travel there when I was teenager. The economical background of Serbia and the region is also very clear for me,not to talk about the populism and corruption.

Honestly, I haven't heard about your city before,but is good to know that there is a place besides Belgrad where is some prosperity in the region.
