No brainer for the CEFC - look at their quarterly reports almost all of their other investments yield 5%, many as low as 3%, with us they are getting 12%.
Makes you wonder about 2 things though, how much would they have subscribed for if they had the chance at 12%? - probably far more - and did we need the equity raising, and did we need to offer 12% when a body like the CEFC might have subscribed at well below that yield?
Anyway it's all fairly irrelevant given the huge profits we're about to generate with that capital.
