On a rough calc AJM now has an EV of a little over 170m and PLS has an EV of a little over 550. Almost in perfect sync for the 3:1 ratio (if we closed at 15c would have been very close). You can't hold that kind of ratio on share price when both companies have had recent dilutions and are holding different amounts of cash. An EV basis is the only equivalent way to judge.
