Agree. 15 months from now to build a 1.4Mtpa plant, commission and get into production is an extremely tight schedule (don't want to say impossible). This is what I do for a living so have some experience here. Not impossible but zero room for error. Big ticket capital equipment is typically 52 weeks delivery. If they have ordered already then that's a good start and what they promised. I know DRA quite well from my time in SA. They are a good outfit.
