The only issue with your comparison is that this project will be built in WA, not Indonesia, therefore a lot more red tape to work through and a work force that aren't as productive as other countries. You would find that in WA we have tighter Environmental constraints and also a lot of labour relation issues to be in place, such as numerous flavours of icecream in the freezer prior to any work commencing
