Does anyone have more granular estimates than Q3?

This announcement says:

When did that occur? I have seen some articles from June 8 mentioning AJM and DRA but they are talking about

Is that the DFS or another piece of work that DRA are doing.

Also, what would be the average timeline for a DFS? A month, two, three?
