What does everyone think about the next drilling campaign...

What does everyone think about the next drilling campaign relative focus on upgrading indicated to measured vs expanding total indicated/inferred resource? Does a focus on creating a measured resource enable easier financing / takeover negotiations or is it better to try to increase the total resource? What is the best balance between these objectives? The main reason why I ask is that I've read here before that often mining production goes ahead without a measured resource ( I could easily be wrong though). How do we maximise the value of the next round of drilling and can we read anything into the announcement about whether we are gearing up for production or sale? Sorry if these are stupid questions, my area is more health care than mining....
