    I think you will find that the lithium bearing quartz (read interlocked - like refractory gold) is what the "unidentified" mineral is in a certain other companies metallurgy report that I know you have been following lol.

    But I also understand what you are saying. My understanding is that Cattlin have more issues with muscovite as their finer grained Spodumene is less amenable to separating the two minerals than coarser grained Spodumene like that found in Pilgangoora.

    Also from most of the reports I am hearing, Mt Marion is stuggling to produce a 6% concentrate. Not sure if this is from mica levels, or just the overall metallurgy of the deposit. However if they are producing lower grades (read 4-4.5%) then that obviously drives up opex.
